Hello! Welcome to the Fall 2022 Spiritual Holistic Expo, we are so glad that you were able to make it today. We know that the energy this year will be phenomenal, as always!
Transition to Online Applications
I am writing to let you know that starting in Fall 2022, we will be exclusively accepting applications online at the following web address:

We have decided to transition to online contract management for a few reasons:
​
1. The high cost associated with sending mailing material in multiple directions across the country.
​
2. The negative environmental effects associated with printing these contracts and the emissions from vehicles used to transport them.
​
3. And, we sometimes have a difficult time reading emails, phone numbers, and product descriptions — we want to ensure that everyone has all the information that they need to be successful at our show :)
If you need assistance filling out the form, we are here to help! Feel free to stop by the front desk at any point during the show to get help filling out this form. We are also happy to tender your deposit at the front as well.

Acceptance of Credit Card Payments
​
Out of an abundance of requests from vendors, we are now starting to accept credit card payments for vendor contracts. This way there is no need to mail additional things in between the two shows. We ask that you please pay in full (resulting in a zero balance) when electing to pay using credit cards.

Please note that there is a “convenience fee” which is added to the overall contract amount. This fee is equal to 5% of the total amount plus $0.10 per transaction. A fee schedule will be located at the front desk. We are charged this fee from our credit card processor and our bank for handling these transactions, and are simply passing them along. Please note, these fees are one of the main reasons that we had decided not to process credit cards in the past — there is no pressure to avail yourself of our credit card processing services.
